As a company wholly owned by ACIW you can have confidence it will provide a good quality, reliable and trusted service. All Personal Assistants are employed by ACIW and have been CRB checked and reference checked.

We will offer you control and flexibility over the support you receive, you will be able to buy a number of hours support a week which you can use in a variety of ways. For example, one week you may ask your Personal Assistant to concentrate on cleaning, but the following week you may decide that you will have less cleaning time and ask for support to pay bills or write letters.

Any profits made by the trading company are donated to Age Concern Isle of Wight, supporting our work helping vulnerable older people across the Island.

I am a fifty year old male providing care at present to both male and female service users who are on the direct payment and personal budgets scheme. My current clientele at present is adults with learning disabilities and adults with mental health problems. I provide a 1-1 service which includes personal care, shopping, housework, budgeting and for those who like to access community facilities swimming, etc. I am CRB checked and my background is working for Mencap as a District Officer for Fifteen years before moving to the Isle of Wight where I have lived for the past 6 years. I have an NVQ qualification 325 in care and I also have public liability insurance.
