Plan My Care selects thinkpublic for service design consultancy
Plan My Care has commissioned leading public sector consultancy thinkpublic to engage with target users of Plan My Care to ensure that the requirements of individuals are central to the ongoing design and development of the product.
This component of the product development aims to engage a wide range of service users directly in the design process and to develop a clear understanding of user experience and knowledge of personal budgets and self-directed support.
thinkpublic will use emotional mapping tools to explore user experience and identify key features for the product development to focus on. It will investigate users' decision making processes and the factors that influence them, producing guidelines for intervention and support.
